The Belltower Pictures Board of Directors is an all-volunteer group from wide-ranging backgrounds.
Paul Bickford, Vice President, is a graduate of the University of Miami’s Film School and has extensive experience in pre-production and production for films, commercials and music videos. He is Director, Emerging Technologies, Principal at Apex Systems.
Kim Boys, Treasurer, has more than 30 years experience in financial and IT management as CFO, COO and consultant. He serves in senior management roles with numerous for profit and non-profit organizations in the Richmond area.
Joyce Clemmons, Secretary, retired from Wyeth Pharmaceuticals after 30 years. She ended her career as International Sales Manager/Military Sales. She is a member of Richmond's First Baptist Church, where she has served as Deacon, teacher, and major committees/teams leader. She raised money for the Richmond Symphony Orchestra for 20 years.
Stephen Hawley Martin is a marketing communications professional and former partner and strategic plans director of The Martin Agency. He has written or ghostwritten 16 books, including four novels, and a screenplay.
Russ Parker served as CEO & President of Parker Lancaster Corporation for 25 years. He earned an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. He was board member and finance committee chairman of the Richmond Housing Authority for 8 years. He is currently a member and past chairman of the board of Northstar Academy.
Ian Patrick is a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch and holds an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina. He is the contemporary band leader at Christ the King Lutheran Church and has experience serving on committees with several organizations in the non-profit sector.
David Powers, President, served as Associate Pastor for Communication at Richmond’s First Baptist Church from 1993 to 2013. With 40 years experience in television & film production, he has produced and directed musicals, music videos, documentaries and narratives in the U.S. and abroad.
